Shipping & Handling

Domestic (Canada):

Unless otherwise arranged prior to shipping, all packages within Canada are shipped with Canada Post, which includes tracking information, limited insurance and typically arrives in 3 to 5 days.

Priority Shipping via UPS, DHL or FEDEX is available upon request and an additional charge.

International

By default, all packages shipped internationally are shipped with Canada Post via registered mail. Registered Mail is the most affordable and averages around $20 (this is added automatically to all international orders placed on the website).    Once the package leaves Canada, Vera Forma Leatherworks is not held liable for post office failures.  

Per prior arrangement, International Priority Mail is an option. These shipping charges (or a reasonable estimate) will be added to the order prior to purchase.  International orders may incur a customs tax that the buyer will be responsible for. You will need to contact your local customs office to find out what the import tax that your country charges from Canada. Usually the couriers can provide help with any customs charges.
